Because translation services are customized and begin shortly after documents are submitted, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness while maintaining quality and operational integrity.

- Delivered according to the specifications provided
If we make a verified translation error, we will correct it promptly at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility
Due to the personalized nature of translation services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. Before Work Begins
If you request cancellation before translation work has started, you may be eligible for:
- A full refund minus payment processing or administrative fees
2. After Work Has Begun
Once translation work has started:
- Refunds are generally not available
- Translation services are considered customized digital services
- Time and resources are immediately allocated upon project initiation
3. Translation Accuracy Concerns
If you believe your translation contains an error:
- Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery
- We will review the concern promptly
- Verified translation errors will be corrected at no cost
If a material translation error cannot be reasonably corrected, our sole remedy may be a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Rejection by government agencies or third parties
- Delays caused by incomplete or illegible documents
- Formatting preferences not specified at the time of order
- Changes to the original document after translation begins
- Incorrect information provided by the client
Acceptance of documents is always at the discretion of the receiving authority.
USCIS & Government Submissions
Clear Bridge provides certified translations that meet standard certification requirements. However:
- We do not guarantee acceptance by USCIS or any other agency
- We are not responsible for application outcomes
- We do not provide legal or immigration advice

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Collection efforts if services were delivered
